A passionate interest in promoting God's Word as found in Doctrine and Covenants, Section 86---The Word of Wisdom---has led me to establish this blog. I am particularly interested in promoting wheat and other grains as the staff of life. I don't have a degree in nutrition---or anything else for that matter. I am self-educated, and I love research and learning. I also love running trails and racing ultra distances.
